All images, regardless of media delivered, created by Realtyview.net are the property of Realtyview.net. Copyright for all images is retained by Realtyview.net. Specific usage rights issued to clients that are not transferable without the express written consent of Realtyview.net. All clients are granted appropriate license to use the images created and supplied to them in a manner consistent with the purpose of the shoot. Image Usage License will be revoked if payment is not received in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice for work.

Unless used for editorial purposes, all images must be credited with “©GraniteStudios.com 2009”, preferably below the image, or their use will be deemed an act of copyright infringement.
